Vickar Automotive Group donates $20,000 to PCCM

Larry Vickar, president of Vickar Automotive Group, donated $20,000 to the Philippine Canadian Centre of Manitoba (PCCM) at a special ceremony on Wednesday, June 15.

The donation is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to annually contribute to the PCCM a portion of their earnings from sales to Filipino customers. This year’s donations bring the total financial support to the PCCM from the Vickar Automotive to $135,000.

President Lito Taruc accepted the donation on behalf of the PCCM, assuring the public in his speech that the support would be used with complete transparency.

Also in attendance at the ceremony were Mrs Tova Vickar, staff members of the Vickar Automotive Group and members of the PCCM board of directors.
